1.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may register only one account on bd2222g. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same name, address, mobile number or payment method will result in those accounts being flagged as duplicates and all of them may be closed.

1.4 Geographic Restrictions

Account Management
2.1 Login Credential Security
The user is fully responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. bd2222g will not be liable if login credentials are accessed by a third party. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the support team should be notified immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Financial Transactions and Payment Methods
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on bd2222g is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The user must use a payment account registered in their own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay may also be used for withdrawals. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
3.3 Third-Party Payments
Depositing from another person's account, or sending withdrawal funds to another person's account, is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the relevant account may be closed and those funds may not be returned.
3.4 Erroneous Transactions
If a user's account is accidentally credited with an excess amount for any reason, it is the user's responsibility to notify the support team immediately without using that amount. Using an erroneous credit may result in the cancellation of winnings and suspension of the account.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Bonus Terms
A bonus is not direct cash — it becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw winnings from that ৳1,000 bonus, wagering of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 is required.
4.2 Bonus Abuse
Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, another person's payment method, or coordinated betting patterns will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, bd2222g reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the relevant account.
4.3 Changes to Promotional Offers
bd2222g reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any ongoing promotion or bonus offer at any time. Revised terms will be considered effective from the date they come into force.
4.4 VIP Program
The bd2222g VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is given on weekly net losses — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver and up to 1.0% for Gold. For example, a Silver member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity.
Game and Betting Rules
5.1 Software and Service Reliability
bd2222g always strives to ensure uninterrupted service, but will not be liable for temporary unavailability due to technical faults, internet disruption or maintenance work. The resolution of any ongoing game or bet in such circumstances will be determined at bd2222g's discretion.
5.2 Game Results
All game results are determined through a verifiable RNG (Random Number Generator) or directly via a live dealer. In the event of a dispute over a game result, bd2222g's server logs will be treated as final. RTP information is available for each game — for example, Gates of Olympus has a maximum RTP of 96.50%.
5.3 Software Errors
If a win is obtained by exploiting a software bug or error, that win will be considered void. Upon detection of such a situation, bd2222g will take appropriate action on the relevant account.
5.4 Special Conditions for Sports Betting
For sports betting, the settlement of bets in the event of a cancellation, postponement or rule change will follow bd2222g's established rules. If a team or venue changes at the time of a match, a separate decision will be made regarding that bet.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

- Fraud, deception or attempting unauthorised access to another person's account

6.2 Conduct Towards Support and Others
Communication with the customer support team must be respectful and courteous. The use of obscene, threatening or discriminatory language gives bd2222g the right to disconnect the support session and suspend the account.
